GV II

Terraced house with workshop front. Late C18. Brown brick set in Flemish bond, roof obscured by parapet. Three storeys, three-window range. Ground floor has left-hand entrance to house with cornice and overlight; the rest is a wooden front which appears to retain the general lines of a late C18 or early C19 workshop front. Upper windows have cambered arches and 8/8 sashes, some of original design. Parapet. Brickwork of the first and second floors much renewed. The shopfront is a rare survivor of the type in the locality. (Local list, Planning Department, Islington Borough Council).
