Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. Probably C18, refurbished late C20. Brick; tile roof with brick end stacks. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Segmental-headed windows have C20 casements. Rear has gabled wing with return 2-storey porch wing; entrance with C20 door; large lateral stack. Hawthorn Cottage of single storey with attic; similar details; gabled dormers; large cross-axial stack. Rear C20 gabled porch. End C20 addition. Interior: noted as having chamfered beams and large fireplace; Included for group value.
