GV II

House. Late C17 to the rear, early/mid C19 to the rest. Coursed limestone rubble with Ham Hill stone plinth, plain tile roof and brick stack to the left. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; one-window range. Both windows are under flat, gauged stone arches; an 8/8-pane sash in a forward frame, to the first-floor, above an inset one of 10/10-panes. The 6-panel door to the right, is glazed to the top, with a c1840 knocker. West-facing facade, to right, has 10/10-pane sash above mid/late C19 shop front with cast-iron columns framing central recessed entrance. The rear first-floor has a 3-light Ham Hill stone-mullioned window under a label mould. INTERIOR not inspected.
