GV II
House, now offices. Early C19, altered late C19. Ham Hill stone ashlar, slate roof with stepped stone copings and brick stacks to gable ends, that to the left is truncated. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Second floor has 3/6-pane sashes, first floor has 6/6-panes and ground floor has C19 shop front. Central doorcase has a pediment on consoles and moulded panels to the pilasters; C20 six-panel door has a semicircular overlight with one vertical glazing bar. To each side are 3 round-headed plate-glass shop windows with stone mullions and sunk spandrels, set in a recessed moulded frame. To the far left are steps up to a moulded architrave round a recessed C20 glazed door with a large overlight. Below the windows to the left is a cast-iron basement grille with a design of key-pattern and balls. INTERIOR not inspected.
