Attached house, now shop. 1762, completed c1800. By Thomas Paty. Limestone ashlar, party wall stacks and pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Pilasters to overlapping cornice, overlapping from flanking buildings, and parapet. C20 shop front, 6/6-pane sashes above; full-width dormer. INTERIOR not inspected. One of the surviving original houses for Park Street after extensive bomb damage in 1941. (Gomme A, Jenner M and Little B: Bristol, An Architectural History: Bristol: 1979-: 213).
