House, now offices. Mid C19. Stucco with parapeted roof.
Double-depth plan. 3-storeys; symmetrical composition:
5-window centre with 2-storey, 2-window, wings. Entablature to
ground floor, 2nd floor sill band and top enriched frieze and
deep modillioned cornice; wings with top entablatures; quoins
to centre and wings. Ground floor has 2 wide canted bays with
angle pilasters and cornices and round-headed windows with
rusticated jambs, triple keystones and sashes, wings have
similar projecting tripartite windows; 1st floor has windows
with eared architraves, triple keystones and sashes, central
canted oriel on triple arcade has 12-pane sashes, as have 2
windows to right, but other windows have no glazing bars; 2nd
floor has architraved windows with 9-pane sashes, but central
Diocletian window with casement. Entrance recessed behind
arcade has C20 doors and side lights. Rear altered and
extended. INTERIOR not inspected.
