House, now shop. Late C18 with mid C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with Ham Hill stone lower courses, cornice, flat coping to the parapet and steppped to the gable ends, Minster reconstructed stone doorcase; slate roof with brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan with rear extension. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. First floor has flat stone arches over a plate-glass sash flanked by tripartite plate-glass sashes. The central C20 doorcase is Tuscan-style with a tall elliptical overlight; the c1970 plate-glass shop windows have moulded Minster stone frames. To the far left corner is a lead downpipe with wide fixings and a bell-shaped hopperhead. INTERIOR not inspected.
