Industrial or commercial building. Late C19. Brick now painted set in Flemish bond with stucco dressings, roof obscured by parapet. Four storeys over basement, five-window range. Ground floor of four bays, altered, including a slightly broader works entry to right; fascia and cornice. Upper windows all flat-arched with moulded stucco architraves, those to the first floor having the conceit of architraves moulded as if to cross above the upper sash though they do not; overlight flanked by scrolled consoles supporting cornice; monogrammed cartouche above central window; moulded stucco storey band with paired consoles at either end; second and third floor have three windows only with moulded stucco architraves, those to the second floor having swags to inswept frieze and cornice; Ionic pilasters flank second and third floors supporting brackets to either side of plain frieze and cornice; parapet with central ornate pedimented panel with crossed keys in low relief; urns on pedestals to either end.
