Exterior: On a wedge-shaped site, the right return wall angled inwards towards the rear. 2 storeys to the front, 3 to the rear. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a late C20 timber front door in the centre; 2 first and 2 second floor C20 timber 2-pane sashes. Small single-storey wedge-shaped brick outhouse at the right end has a rounded corner and one C20 window. The rear elevation has C20 casements and a rear centre door. Interior: Not inspected.
