Farmhouse. C17 and early C18, restored late C20. Stone rubble with quoins and renewed ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof with rubble chimneys and stone gable coping. First build (only left part surviving) 2 storeys, 2 windows. Second build at left 2 lower storeys, one window. Gabled porch at right of second build with irregular quoins has renewed flat stone lintel to boarded door. Renewed 3-light mullion windows on each floor to left of porch and 2 similar windows on each floor in first build. Roof has 2 end chimneys, the right new, on new right gable with flat stone coping, and third at centre, with stepped external stack partly enclosed within C18 left addition. INTERIOR shows flat Tudor arch to stone fire surround in left gable of first build, with arched niche in left return of stack possibly former access to bread oven.
