GV II

Garden retaining wall. C18. Coursed limestone with ashlar sandstone copings. Approx 2m in height and separating the front gardens from lower fields to the east. Irregular outline: shallow convex curve in front of Tytup Hall (qv) then convex quadrants followed by internal and external returns. Seen from the house the wall appears low and has chamfered-edge copings.
