31 terraced houses. c.1836-1842. Flemish bond. Brown and yellow stock brick; stucco basement, ground floors and cornices. Most with pitched slated roofs and party-wall stacks. Symmetrical curved terrace. Sidehall entrance with staircase. 3 storeys, basements and some with attics and dormers, two windows each. Banded stucco ground floors with segmental arched sash windows, some with margin lights. To left, low steps rise to square-headed doorway; each with panelled door flanked by plain glazing bars beneath rosette frieze and console-bracketed cornice. No. 33 is 3 windows wide with side entrance with stucco portico to left return wall. Upper floors of brick with plain sill band beneath first floor full-length sash windows. 1st floor with blocks of 3 houses with one pedimented 3-light sash (with central window of each block with segmental pediment) alternating with recessed blocks of 4 or 6 houses with 2 architraved windows each. 1st floor 3-light windows with cast-iron balconies, remainder with cast-iron window guards. 2nd floors with single 3-light architraved sash windows divided by pilasters and with apron panels. Stucco cornices, some with blocking courses. Attached iron railings. Nos. 64 and 65 were demolished c.1906 in order to make way for B.Pite's West Islington Library.
