2 former warehouses, now offices and workshops. Dated 1828,
restored and converted late C20. Brick with painted ashlar
plinth and dressings, roof not visible. 4 storeys plus
basement; 6 window range. Symmetrical front, to left, has on
each floor a former loft door reglazed as a wooden cross
casement, flanked by single segment-headed barred windows. On
the fourth floor, the central window has an additional light
to right. Basement has a central segment-headed board door
with grille. Front to right has a blank window flanked by
single 12-pane sashes with brick flat arches. On the 2 floors
above, 4 smaller barred windows with segmental heads. Below,
to left, a round-arched carriage entrance with a pair of board
doors with grilles above. To right, three 12-pane sashes.
Basement has a central segment-headed board door with grille.
Left return has patterned wall ties and 8 segment-headed
barred windows on the 3 upper floors. Ground floor has 3
segment-headed windows, those to right barred. Right return
has a former loft door on each floor, reglazed as a wooden
cross casement, and flanked to left by 2 and to right by 3
segment-headed barred windows on each floor. Ground floor has
a French window in place of the loft door.
