House, now office. c1780 with later additions. Brick; tile roof with brick end stacks. 3 storeys; 3-window range with single-window addition to left. 1st floor sill band and top cornice and blocking course, brick cornice to addition; coped gables. Central entrance has eared architrave, fanlight with thick glazing bars above in bracketed open pediment; C20 glazed door; round-headed entry to left has glazed door and imposts; left end is plastered, with C20 shop front, and 2 entrances, one round-headed to addition; early C20 shop front to right has panelled pilaster strips and bracketed cornice, C20 plate glass. Upper floors have windows with rubbed brick flat arches, those to 1st floor over 12-pane sashes, addition has 8-pane sash, those to 2nd floor have sills and one 6-pane sash and two 8-pane sashes, addition has 4-pane sash.
