GV II

Attached house, now flats. Late C18. Limestone ashlar, stucco, brick end stack and pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian style. Rusticated ground floor to a plat band, pilasters to a moulded coping, and coped gables; the left-hand windows to the stair well are set half-way down below the others. Left-of-centre doorcase has pilasters to imposts and a cornice, fanlight and a 6-panel door. Ground-floor windows have rusticated voussoirs; all have 6/6-pane sashes, narrower above the door. INTERIOR: noted as having panelled shutters and a left-hand dogleg stair with stick balusters. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached front area railings with urn finials curve up Pennant steps to the door.
