TQ3182SE WOODBRIDGE STREET 635-1/74/917 (North East side) Nos.30-36 (Even) and attached railings
GV II
Terraced houses. c.1807. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond, stucco, roofs obscured by parapet. Three storeys over basement, nos 34-36 three windows each and double-fronted, nos 30-32 two windows each. All openings have gauged brick heads. Flat-arched entrance with panelled doorcase and cornice set back under round arch. Ground-floor windows round-arched. Stucco storey band to first floor connecting with no 49 Skinner Street (q.v.). Upper windows flat-arched, those to first floor set back under round arches linked by stucco springing band connected with no 49 Skinner Street. Parapet rebuilt apart from no 36 which has an arrangement of brickwork in emulation of triglyphs and guttae also found in Sekforde Street nearby. Cast-iron railings to area.
