Attached house, now shop. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, brick party wall stacks and a pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys and attic; 1-window range. A symmetrical front has a cornice and parapet; late C19 shop front with left-hand door, plate-glass window with thin angle mullions and curved corners, and consoles to a blind box. A 2-storey recessed semicircular arch contains tripartite first-floor window with 9/6-pane and flanking 6/4-pane sashes, and a 4/8-pane sash, with a similar one to the third floor; raking 3-light dormer. INTERIOR: stairs with uncut string, turned balusters and newels with acorn finials, flagged basement with a cast-iron range, and ground-floor shop fittings with arcades to each side of segmental arches on panelled pilasters and acanthus capitals.
