Farmhouse, stables, byre and barn. Dated and inscribed over entrance I & EE 1696, with C19 and C20 alterations. Pink sandstone rubble under graduated greenslate roof with roughcast ridge chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with right single-bay former stable and left single-bay byre, all under common roof, and left higher right-angled barn. C20 door, to cross-passage between house and stable, has painted stone surround and dated lintel. House has C19 3-light window and left C20 window. Upper-floor has C20 central sash window flanked by 2 chamfered-surround sash windows and small right chamfered-surround firewindow over a similar blocked window. Stable has doorway partly blocked to form window; at right a C20 window and at left a small chamfered-surround window. Byre has stone-surround doorway, now a window, and left C20 window under plank loft door, partly in brick surround. Left wall of barn has off-centre projecting cart doorway and lower pent extension. C20 upper-floor window.
