Circa 1861-2 by J.S. Dodd. Italianate style. Bath stone ashlar. Slate roof. Monumental, single-storey front of three bays with paired Corinthian pilasters (rusticated Doric pilasters on quoins) carrying entablature and pediments with coarse blocking course and acroterion. Quatrefoil lunette in tympanum of pediment. Round-arched opening, with pilasters, archivolts and keys; windows with arched lights. Paterae over ground floor openings. Central entrance with panelled door.
