Farmhouse and barns. Weathered inscription and date 1685 over entrance, with extensive C19 alterations and additions. Mixed sandstone and cobble rubble. House under Welsh slate roof with banded stone chimney stacks; barns under sandstone slate roofs. 2 storeys, 3 bays with right barn extension and left right-angled 3-bay barn, all under common roof in L-shape. Cross-passage entrance has plank door in chamfered stone surround. Sash windows in chamfered stone surrounds, some of which may be original, and smaller right firewindow. Right barn extension has had its walls raised from single storey in C19. Plank doors and loft doorways; the part nearest the house has sash windows in C19 stone surrounds. Left barn has left segmental cart entrance and further right doors under loft doorway. Interior has old beams, including fire beam, and salt cupboard. 2 old doors. C18 stone fireplace in back kitchen. Pent extensions in front of left barn are not of interest.
