LUTTERWORTH HIGH STREET SP5484 1323-0/9/79 (East side) Nos.35 AND 37 Freezer Supplies and Coral Bookmakers II
House, now shop pair. Early to mid C18. Plastered brick with roof hidden by parapet. Three storeys with moulded cill-bands under first and second floors. Cornice to coped parapet with end stacks and stacks to left of centre. Regular six window front with two central bays recessed, wing to left wider than that to right. Moulded surrounds to windows of two righthand bays, those on first floor with ears. Sashes in all windows, except in two lefthand bays which have C20 casements. Central moulded segmental arch on ground floor with lion's head keystone, leading through to yard behind. Panelled antae-flanked glazed door to right with blocked doorway to left. Early C20 shopfront to left with glazed door to left of centre. Early C20 shopfront to right with inset door to left. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
