WATERLOO STREET 1. 5104 City Centre B2 Nos 31 and 32 SP 0686 NE 33/31 21.1.70 II GV 2. Part of Wellington House, Waterloo Street (qv).C1830. Stucco. Three storeys; 4 bays, the centre 2 advanced. Ground floor with banded rustication, inner windows with big aprons and outer doors with pilasters and cornices on brackets. Tall first floor windows, those of the centre 2 bays with their moulded surrounds and all standing on a broad band and with blank panels below. Second floor windows only 3 panes deep and standing on a moulded band. All windows sashes complete with glazing bars. Dentilled and moulded eaves cornice and blocking course.
