2. Early C19 town house. Three storeys. Double fronted with 4 windows. Hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. Multi-coloured stock brick with slightly recessed end bays. Plain 1st floor sill band. Gauged, segmental red brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing bars; 1st floor windows with keys, round-arched central window (formerly blocked) with imposts; round-arched ground floor windows with keys and imposts. Entrance (moved from 2nd bay for west) with round-arched doorway, key, radial fanlight and panelled door. The 1768 Willis map does not show this building, which appears to have been built in the forecourt of an older house, now demolished. The house is marked on the 1837 map.
