Shop with accommodation above. Circa early C19. Stone rubble. Cement washed slate
roof with gable ends and canted hip on corner. Brick end stack on right.
Plan: Ground floor occupied by shop on corner site with entrance in canted end
flanked by 2 C19 shop windows; the shop continues along Broad Street to the right
with a second entrance.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 1:1:4 window front. Entrance in canted corner with
C19 door flanked by 2 C19 shop windows each with 3 large panes. C20 door to right
and C20 window in sash opening beyond. To far right is the entrance to No 3 Broad
Street (qv). First floor with blind window in canted corner with hornless 16-pane
sash to left and 3 hornless 16-pane sashes to right. Blind window in original sash
opening to far right.
Interior: Not inspected.
