Stable and attached cottage, now one house. Dated 1849 W. GUNNING BUILDER on stable to left, 1858 on cottage to right, with C20 alterations. Rubble with stone dressings, slate roof with raised coped verges and finials, reconstructed stone two storey flat roofed extension to rear, asbestos slate roof to porch. Two storeys and five windows, all two- and three-light ovolo mullion casements at first floor, ground floor has central segmental-headed stable entry with C20 window inserted, keystone, door to each side, both with keystone, blocked and with window inserted; to right, C20 porch with pitched roof, stone cross window to left with ovolo mullion and transom, all C19 windows with leaded lights. Right return has cross window at ground floor and two-light casement at first floor as on front; left return has loading door at upper level with keystone and relieving arch, pitching eye above, mounting steps to left.
