2 shops with accommodation above. Probably C19. Soft wood timber frame hung with
rag slates above ground floor. Slate roof with gable ends.
Plan: Probably double depth plan with 2 shops on ground floor and accommodation
(Tregloder) above approached by entrance on far left.
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic. Almost symmetrical 2 window front, slate hung with
rag slates above ground floor. Pair of C19 shop fronts on ground floor; central
entrance flanked by 2 C19 shop windows which are set slightly forward. Tall narrow
panes with segmental arched openings and thin C19 cast iron columns with moulded caps
and bases. Moulded cornice to fascia. C20 door to left. First floor has 2 early
C19 20-pane sashes and there are 2 C20 full dormers to the attic.
