SW 97 NE ST MINVER ST MINVER HIGHLANDS 4/290 Two ledger stones of Emmanuel and - John Tennie 6m to south of south aisle of Church of St. Menefreda, 2m to west of headstone of Mary Brown GV II Two ledger stones reset as headstones. Circa 1654. Ledger stone of Emmanuel Tennie of Treglinna, Yeoman, who died in 1654 (Maclean). Slate rectangular stone with marginal inscription partly buried in ground. Fleur-de-lys incised in corners of inner panel. On other face of stone, inscription in memory of William Dingle who died in 1805. To south, ledger stone possibly of John Tennie of Treglinna, Yeoman, who died in 1654. Slate rectangular stone with marginal inscription. Inner panel decorated with floral patterns and later inscription to William Phillips who died in 1799. Both stones are inscribed with upper and lower case lettering with serifs.
