House. now offices. c.1900, for the Clinch family. Squared and coursed limestone
with ashlar dressings; gabled concrete-tile roof; banded stone ridge and end
stacks. Double-depth plan. Jacobethan style. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
range to gabled front. Plate-glass sashes to all windows. Central bay: banded
pilasters and colonettes to panelled double doors with overlight and flanking
sashes; 2 storeys above have classical pilasters framing 2-light stone-mullioned
windows; shaped gable and similar pilasters frame Venetian attic window. Gabled
outer bays have pilasters framing 4-light stone-mullioned windows above.
2-storey square bay windows with similar windows. Interior not inspected.
