House. C17. Coursed rubblestone with limestone dressings. Plain tile roof. 3 bays and 2 storeys with dormers. Entry between right hand bays and in front of chimney stack has 6 panel door in architrave surround under flat hood on heavy scroll brackets. Leaded stone mullioned windows with stone labels, 4-light to ground floor, 3-light to first with single light one above door. Stone coped gable ends on kneelers. 3 C19 2-light gabled dormers. Flanking stacks and stack between right hand bays, all in C19 brick. Rear elevations has 6-panel door and timber casements, some leaded. 2 storey north west wing has old tile roof. Interior has chamfered spine beams and some C17 and C18 fireplaces altered C19. RCHM II 318 MON 4
