House. Early or mid C19. Painted stucco with string courses, dentilled cornice
and broad angle pilasters on chamfered plinth. Graduated greenslate roof with
coped gable to right; cement rendered chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Steps
up to 6-panel door under glazed fanlight in Tuscan doorcase. Large flanking
triple casement windows in pilastered surrounds under console bracketed
pediments. Upper floor sash windows in painted architraves under cornices.
Listed partly for G.V. with Nos 16 and 18 West Street and Arlosh House.
