Details
STREATLEY WALLINGFORD ROAD (west ridge) SU 5980 10/2 Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Place Manor Cottages 7.12.71 GV II 3 Cottages. Dated R.S.M. 1708 on stone above central door, with later alterations. Red brick, flint with red brick dressings, and plinth. Old tile roof with end stacks, ridge stack off-centre to left, and 5 gabled eaves dormers with 2-light casements, 2 to left leaded and 2 to right tile hung. 1 1/2 storeys. 2 ground floor 3-light C20 casements to left, two 2-light casements to right with segmental relieving arches, and central 3-light casement with segmental relieving arch. 4-panelled door between first and second windows from left, and C20 segmental headed door between third and fourth windows from left. Entrance to No. 3 at side.
