Farmhouse. C16 with C18 and C19 refacing and additions. Timber framed with later red brick facing, red brick to right and exposed roof truss above with red brick nogging, and red brick to left with brick and flint plinth and exposed roof truss above with herringbone red brick nogging. Old tile roof. 2 framed bays with half hipped cross wing to right and projecting half hipped cross wing to left. 1 ½ storeys with 2 storey additions. Plinth to left, plat bands to left and right, and 2 gabled eave dormers with 2-light and 3-light casements. Large ridge stack off-centre to right, end stack to rear at left and stack at front to left. First floor 6-light mullioned and transomed window to right, 2 ground floor 6-light mullioned and transomed windows to right, and one cross window on each floor of cross wing to left, with ground floor relieving arch. 4-panelled door with glazed upper panels to left of second window from left. C19 glazed porch. Interior: substantial remains of timber frame with queen post trusses and arch bracing. C16 fireplace.
