Large house, late C16. Coursed rubble with stone tiled roof. 2 storeys
with attics. Facade of 5 bays, with 3 coped gables. In the left hand
gable, a full-height squared bay window with 4-light stone mullions, and a
blocked light above it in the gable. There is a single bay each side of
the central gable: that to the left contains an inserted door and overlight
with chamfered timber lintel and a 3-light mullion above. That to right
has an earlier door with 4 centred arch and hoodmould. Central gable also
contains a full-height stone bay window. Right hand gable has large
inserted sash window, and a 3-light wood mullion above, and a 2-light stone
mullion in the gable. Stone stack on left hand gable wall, and behind
central gable.
