Details
SP 1037 BROADWAY CP ORCHARD TERRACE (off) 9/125 Greystones GV II House. Probably mid-C18, altered c1900. Limestone rubble with stone slate roof. Two storeys. Three bays. Ground floor windows are of two lights with flat-faced mullions. First floor windows are of two lights, rebated and chamfered with mullions. The right-hand bay is blank on the first floor. Between the first and second bays is a gabled porch which has a 2-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window. The doorway, in the right-hand return wall, is chamfered with an elliptical head. Chimneys at left, and between second and third bays. Right-hand gabled coped. Adjoining at the left is a lower part of the house which has a narrow window with plain reveals to the right of a door. Its gable is coped.
