HARTLEBURY CP TORTON SO 87 SW 1/103 Perry House
- II
House. Probably 1741 with early C19 and late C20 alterations. Brick with tile roof. L-plan, limbs extending to south and east with small quadrant plan block in angle, gable end stacks. South elevation: two storeys, brick coped verges, brick dentilled cornice; gabled wing projecting to left blind with attic lit by hipped dormer in east roof slope; three windows to other part: one 2- and 3-light fixed casements of late C20; ground floor: late C20 bow window to right, roughly central entrance with ashlar doorcase: open pediment, engaged Doric columns, radially glazed overlight and 6-panel door. Date stone in east wall of projecting wing with flat moulded top reset in blocked window.
