2. Large detached villa circa 1850/60 in Osborne style. Two storeys and attics faced in coursed cement with flanking vermiculated coursed pilasters with bands between storeys though they are at different levels due to sloping site. Superimposed flat fronted bow windows either side of tower porch, three lights each, sash, later glazing bars, pilasters carried down into panelled aprons, frieze and cornice breaking forward to centre, fretted blind cases. Semi attic window breaking through eaves with ornamented bargeboard gable and finial. The tower porch is in three stages the upper one rising clear of the roof. Flanked on the ground floor by vermiculated pilaster strips and on the first and second floor by Doric pilasters doubled at corners, frieze and cornice to each floor. The entrance consists of recessed double doors, panelled below with two round headed lights above and a semi circular fanlight, flanking pilasters with moulded arch and keystone over. The first floor has two narrow round headed windows separated and flanked by Doric pilasters. The third floor is four square and repeats the second floor treatment on each side, crowned by a balustrade with urns to the corner piers. Set back behind the main hipped slate roof with wide eaves, is an extra storey with one sash recessed window with later glazing bars.
