The original building is half H-shaped. C17 or earlier timber-framed building with plaster infilling, but the ground floor of the south front has been refaced with red brick on ground floor and tile-hung above. The south-west wing is close-studded and oversails on a moulded bressummer. The east front has squares of plaster infilling. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Two storeys. Four windows. To the south of the original south-west wing a larger addition has been made in the mid C19. This is stuccoed with two bays of three windows on both floors. Large modern porch at south-east corner of the original building.
