1853/4. Projects from the terrace and is a more imposing composition.
Three storeys faced in stone coursed in imitation of bricks. Front
articulated by giant stucco fluted composite pilasters on high pedestals.
Stepped frieze, heavy cornice and parapet divided by piers, also of
stucco. Three windows, the first and second floors to left and right
recessed in same round headed stucco surround, resting on moulded sill
course which is raised up in centre bay to separate first and second
floor tripartite windows, the second floor one with round headed lights
Doric pilasters and moulded arches. Ground floor tripartite windows
in plain stucco surrounds to flanking bays. All glazing bars later or
none at all. Central projecting stucco porch with banded rustication,
round headed windows to sides, frieze and dentil cornice returned to
wall. Round headed entrance with recessed double doors, three moulded
panels each. Semi circular fanlight.
Nos 5 to 22 (consec) form a group.
