House, now shop with offices above. C18, altered C19. Stucco facing over brick front to earlier timber-framed structure. Moulded cornice and parapet above concealed Welsh slated roof over front range. 2 storeys. First floor stucco faced, with one slightly off centre sash window in reveal, black recessed panel at left, and part blank recessed panel at right cut off by the subsequent rebuilding of No.104 (not included). Ground floor has C19 shopfront, with timber pilaster, stucco stallriser, moulded timber cill and mullions, with plate glass windows, central entrance door in slightly canted recess, fascia now covered with modern sign, and blind box above. Interior probably contains timber-framing. North elevation to West Street yellow brick, Flemish bond, Welsh slated roof. First floor has one triple light casement window, with glazing bars, one small double light casement, divided lights in attic gable above. Ground floor has C19 arcaded shop window, in timber surround, with pierced moulded cast-iron vent strip above, timber fascia, with moulded cornice. Modern entry door at right.
