Late C18 with mid C19 alterations. Terrace of five cottages with barn and extensions.
Hammer dressed stone . Quoins. Some coursed rubble walling. Pitched stone slate
roof. Coped gable to west onto moulded footstones. Four ashlar stacks. Two storeys.

South elevation: Cottages west to east: No 1: Ground floor; Entrance with stone
surround and tie-stones. One three-light stone mullioned window (recessed). First
floor; One three-light stone mullioned window. No 2: Ground floor; Entrance with
stone surround and tie-stones. One four-light stone mullioned window (chamfered
and recessed). First floor; One four-light stone mullioned window (chamfered and
recessed). No 3 (mid C19). Ground floor; Entrance with stone surround and tie-
stones. Two single lights. First floor; two single lights. No 4: Ground floor;
Entrance with stone surround and tie-stones. Two single lights (later). First
floor; One former ten-light stone mullioned window (part blocked giving two three-light
windows). No 5: Ground floor; Entrance with stone surround. One two-light stone
mullioned window (later). First floor; Two three-light stone mullioned windows.

East gable: Ground floor; Former entrance (part blocked) with stone surround and tie-stones and deep lintel. First floor; One three-light stone mullioned window (recessed). North elevation: Various lean-to extensions. Second cottage from west has one three-light stone mullioned window (recessed) to first floor. Barn at 90?: Pitched stone slate roof. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Later extension to west with catslide roof. East elevation: Large central doorway with segmental arched head, stone surround and tie-stones. North gable: Small doorway with large quoins and deep lintel. West elevation: Two large central doorways (possibly later).
