Two houses, now shops. c1800. Brick; tile roof with coped gable with kneelers. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. Three storeys; three window range. Top richly moulded modillioned cornice with egg-and-dart moulding. Round-headed entrance to right of centre has doorcase with panelled pilasters, frieze and cornice, fanlight with decorative glazing bars over small-paned glazed door; segmental-headed entrance to right has similar door, similar entrance to left end. Segmental-headed windows have sills, those to ground floor have small-paned fixed glazing; first floor has window to left with 4/8-pane sash,one over entrance has small-paned cross-casement, that to right end has small-paned fixed glazing; second floor has one three-light and two two-light small-paned casements.

Rear has three gables.

INTERIOR: open-well stick-baluster staircase to right end.
