House, now offices. c1797, with late C20 fenestration. Brick
with painted ashlar dressings and slate roof with a gable
stack. Plinth, ground floor and first-floor sill bands,
slab-coped parapet. 3 storeys plus basement; 3-window range,
with a central 2-light window flanked by single pane lights.
Above, 3 plain sashes. All these windows have brick flat
arches. Ground floor has to right an altered wooden doorcase
with Doric 3/4 columns and renewed entablature with cornice
and central tablet. Round arched doorway with steps to fielded
panelled double doors. To left, 2 heightened plain sashes with
tilting toplights. Below, a segment-headed board door to the
basement.
