GV II
House. C17, greatly extended C19. Timber-frame and brick; Welsh slate roof; rendered end stack with rubble base, and various brick stacks. 2-storeys; 2-window range: C19 cross windows with glazing bars set in box framing. Entrance to right: plank door in pentice roofed porch with cast-iron lattice lights; C19 lights and cross window. INTERIOR: panelling and moulded ceiling beams, ground floor left. Surrounding range has scattered fenestration; entrance in porch, to west. Birth place of Henry Hill Hickman 1800-1830, pioneer of Anaesthesia.
