Offices. 1846. By William Foale. For Hull Trinity House. Brick with ashlar dressings, roof not visible. 2 paired and one septuple coped octagonal side wall stacks. Plinth, rusticated quoins, cornice and blocking. 2 storeys plus basement; 5-window range of large 12-pane sashes with flat arches. Central moulded corniced stone doorcase with with moulded panelled double doors. On either side, 2 windows. Basement has on either side, a low elliptical-arched doorway with rubbed brick head and board doors. (Hall I & E: Georgian Hull: York: 1978-1979: 76,94).
