GV II
Two shops. Early C19. Brick with ashlar dressings; parapeted roof with brick end stack. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. 3 storeys; 3-window range. 1st floor sill band and top cornice with blocking course. Two C20 shop fronts; round headed entry to left end with stucco moulding, part missing, and rusticated stucco above, plank door. Windows have wedge lintels, those to 1st floor have 12-pane sashes, those to 2nd floor have sills and 6-pane sashes. Rear has gabled wing. INTERIOR has stick-baluster stair and cornices to 1st floor rooms. Included for group value.
