slate roof with brick chimneys over gable ends. 2 room central stair plans. 2
storeys. Each cottage has 2 window north front and central doorway. 4-pane sashes to
Beach Hill and 16-pane sashes to Beach Cottage; cambered brick lintels. Interiors not
inspected. Included for group value.
