Early C19. Granite rubble. Slurried slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 wide spaced windows. Wide sashes with vertical glazing bars only. Wide central recessed doorway, flush panelled door, panelled case, narrow rectangular fanlight. Included for group value.
All the listed buildings on West Side form a group with Nos 8 and 10 Virgin Place.
