Includes: No.7 KENSINGTON PLACE Clifton. Pair of attached houses. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar with lateral and party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Neoclassical style. Each of 2 storeys, attic and basement; 2-window range. A symmetrical house on a corner site with front and side elevations, has a projecting 2-window centre 1 window deep, giant pilasters with moulded bases and capitals, to a Doric entablature, and attic pilasters to a moulded coping. Single-storey rear entrance porch to No.6 has a moulded semicircular-arched doorway, 5-pane fanlight and 2-panel door, and is covered by a glazed porch; No.7 has C20 doorways. Tripartite middle front windows have 4/6-pane and flanking 4/3-pane sashes, with raised pediments; architraves to 6/6-pane sashes to the rest. C20 attic casements. Left-hand wrought-iron verandah with tiled tented roof. INTERIOR not inspected.
