TG 2209 SE OAK STREET (east side) 10/590 26.2.54. Nos. 102 and 104. GV II Former use unknown now flats. Late C16 heightened in C18. Late C17 range to rear of No. 104. C19 rear additions and alterations. C20 renovation. Rendered. Timber frame at first floor. Pantiles. 3 storeys, jettied at first floor. 4 second floor windows. Door with plain surround at extreme right. Central doorway to No. 104 with small flanking bay windows. Moulded fascia covering jetty. Casement windows throughout. Fascia cornice.
