Shop and offices. Late C18, with C20 alteration. Painted brick in Flemish bond, with timber eaves cornice; coped gables with shaped kneelers and brick end stacks to pantile roof. 3-storey 3-window front. Ground floor occupied by C20 shop front incorporating entrance to upper floors at left end. First floor windows are 12-pane sashes to left and 16-pane sash to right, all with painted flat arches; second floor windows squat 6-pane sashes at left with 8-pane sash at right. All windows have painted stone sills. Prominent moulded eaves cornice. Rear: unequal 9-pane sashes with painted timber lintels on first floor, and stepped eaves band.
